Information you give us

We only collect the information you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:

• Quote forms: your name, phone number, and a short description of your project. Some versions of the form also ask for your email address and project address.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and your message.

We use these details for one purpose: to prepare your quote and get back to you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

How form submissions are handled

Our forms are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit a form, the information you entered is sent to Formspree’s servers and forwarded to our team by email. Formspree processes that data under its own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking(Google’s gtag.js). It sets cookies that let us measure which ads lead to a quote request or a phone call, and it may add your browser to a Google remarketing audience so we can show you our ads elsewhere. This tells us that a conversion happened — it does not tell us who you are.

We do not run Google Analytics, a Meta/Facebook pixel, or any other tracking or session-recording tool on this site.

You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not affect your ability to use this site or submit a form.

Images and hosting

Photos on this site are delivered from Cloudinary’s content delivery network. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser information in order to send you the image.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote and contact requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records. If you would like us to delete your information, email us and we will remove it from our records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch using the details below and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adults purchasing building materials. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
